"No hot or cold water coming through. It's Covid-19 restrictions time. A nightmare ! Thankfully Chris was here to help me out. He came within 30 min of calling. Not the first time he was over as he also did my boiler servicing last year and referred me previously to a company repairing pumps. Now same story again, the pump is acting up. The same company that fixed the pump last year doesn't want to come over. He is my only hope. Since he has over 30 years of experience in plumbing he managed to unclog the pump and fix the airlock in the cold water. Since my kitchen tap was dripping for a while now I also asked him to get a new one which he replaced on the spot as he had a brand new one in his van.
Not only I got myself out of a nightmare situation but it costed a fraction of the price I paid last time with the pump repair company ! Chris also gave me great tips on how to avoid this situation again.
